I initially asked Donavon for some recommendations for getting my property ready to sell. His advice was right on the money, both logical and based on experience. I had a limited amount of funds for getting my property prepared and Donavon’s recommendations were all within my budget and perfect for preparing to sell. As the time approached to list my property, Donavon was right there for us. His timing and guidance was again on the money with no pressure and wise judgment on what appealed to the market. He created a chart for us, using nearby closings, to help us decide upon the perfect price for the property and provided logical advice to prepare us for the initial listing. Donavon was able to generate a series of buyers to see the value of our property and on the first weekend of the listing there were several offers. We were very excited, but again Donavon’s advice helped us stay level headed and make the most of the opportunities. His knowledge of how to negotiate closing contractual items kept us calm and his logical advise promoted our trust, making the experience worry free and exciting. Donavon made the entire process less complicated and easy to step through. We made the right choice and I would highly recommend using Donavon for your real estate needs. Donavon simply put did a great job.
He came out and took the pics himself but always respecting us when doing so. He also was very good with going over the market and the situation. We got the house sold on the first showing. I know that isn't the norm but I feel that he had the house ready to go and did a great job working with the buyer agent and keeping us informed. He did a great job!!
